Toriano Belton's, better known as Coach Torey, great generosity has had a profound and lasting impact on the Eastside Cowboys. Not just his willingness to share both his time and talent, but his willingness to give selflessly as the President of this organization. Along with the endless administrative duties as President of this great organization, on game days, Coach Torey comes early to set up the field and stays late to take it down, encourages players on the sidelines, mentors young coaches, attends former players games at high school and manages to keep his board of directors fired up to do the same. He is a rare and fine example of a husband, father, grandfather, leader, and one of Detroit's best.

Ms. Pattie is an independent consultant who administers the overall business operations with the organization's President including financials, planning, and execution of all fundraising. Ms. Pattie provides insight into customer retention and cross-sells potential. She is the developer and webmaster of the organization's website. She holds two degrees in Business from Northwood University, is a business professional bringing 27 years of insurance industry knowledge with an emphasis on claims management, technical innovation, and customer service, and is an independent business owner.  Ms. Pattie has held memberships with the USASF (United States All-Star Federation), CCCAM (Competitive Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan), and MHSCA (Michigan High School Coaches Association), an administrator with Cowboy Athletics All-Star cheer team, served on the PAL Football advisory board and is a servant leader at Brightmoor Christian Church.

A cheerleader for PAL and Winterhalter Jr High School, Varsity Cheerleader for Lansing Hill High School, 2 years Varsity Gold, All-State 3-year Varsity Gymnast (holds the record for the highest score on Floor Exercise routine), MSU graduate holding a B.A. in Communication Arts and Sciences, MSA from Central Michigan University. 10 years of cheerleading/gymnastics experience. 10+ years experience in coaching and assistance in other Metro Detroit youth programs. Coach Dominique began her cheerleading experience in grades 6 – 8 while attending Our Lady of Good Council. She then continued to cheer for Dominican High School’s Varsity team for 3 years. Coach Dominique attended Michigan State University for 2 years and completed her B.A. in Business Management at Davenport University. Dominique is the Varsity Cheer Coach for South Lake High School. Member of USASF and MCCA. Certified All-Star Coach with USASF.
